Before you run an audit
An audit may be initiated only by the lawful owner, an authorised administrator, or a person holding the owner's explicit, written and valid consent.
1. Nature and operation of the service
Kibersargs.Pro (internationally CyberCop.Pro), referred to below as the Service Provider, provides automated passive and active cybersecurity diagnostics, SSL/TLS configuration checks, compliance audits and AI-generated technical remediation plans.
The platform acts as an independent automated technical intermediary and analytics tool. The Service Provider does not manually verify third-party targets before a scan begins; the user bears full responsibility for selecting the target resource.
2. User representations and warranties
By entering a domain name, IP address or URL and starting an audit, you represent and warrant that you are the resource's lawful owner or authorised administrator, or hold the owner's explicit, written and valid authorisation.
Your actions must comply with applicable Latvian and European Union law and the laws of every jurisdiction in which you or the target infrastructure is located.
- The platform must not be used to obtain unauthorised access or prepare cyberattacks.
- Espionage, denial-of-service activity (DoS/DDoS) and extortion of third parties are prohibited.
- Agencies and outsourced providers are responsible for maintaining the client's written consent.
3. Disclaimer of liability
The Service Provider accepts no civil, administrative or criminal liability for consequences, losses, claims or proceedings resulting from a user auditing a third party's resources without permission.
Although the scanning engines are configured for minimal impact, the Service Provider is not liable for temporary system disruption, service interruption or firewall blocking during an audit.
Audit results, Security Scores and AI-generated recommendations are supplied for informational and preventive purposes on an “as-is” basis, without express or implied warranties. They do not guarantee complete protection against every cyberattack.
4. Private entity status
Kibersargs.Pro and CyberCop.Pro are private technology and security service providers. They are not affiliated with CERT.LV, any government or law-enforcement body, are not a national cyber incident response centre, and hold no public supervisory authority.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Service Provider, its owners, employees and subcontractors against direct and indirect losses, expenses, legal fees, litigation costs and fines resulting from third-party or public-authority claims arising from:
- your breach of this Acceptable Use Policy;
- an unauthorised or unlawful target audit;
- infringement of third-party intellectual property, trade-secret or data-protection rights.
6. Prohibited activity and protective controls
Auditing critical infrastructure, government, defence or law-enforcement resources, and internal or private networks is strictly prohibited unless an official bilateral agreement is in place.
- government and critical-infrastructure domains, including .gov.lv, .mil.lv and equivalent resources;
- local networks, loopback addresses (127.0.0.1, localhost) and private IP address ranges;
- automated scripts or bots used to abuse or overload the platform or its API.
7. Enforcement and contact
The Service Provider may block access or cancel a subscription without notice and, where necessary, disclose incident logs — including IP address, timestamp and requested targets — to law-enforcement authorities or CERT.LV. Contact mail@kibersargs.pro with questions.
