1. The service
The platform provides automated diagnostics of a publicly reachable web perimeter, risk scoring, reports and automated recommendations. It does not replace a full manual security audit or legal advice.
2. Right to run an audit
By requesting an audit, you confirm that you own the website or have the owner's explicit authorisation to run public perimeter diagnostics on it. Submitting third-party systems without permission, or using the platform for unlawful activity, is prohibited.
3. Account and user obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit, for the security of your account, and for the lawful use of audit results. Access may be restricted if abuse is detected.
4. Immediate delivery of digital content
Fix Pass, full remediation plans and subscription benefits are activated and delivered immediately after a successful payment. By purchasing and requesting immediate performance, you agree that delivery starts at once and that the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once the digital content has been fully delivered.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. The one-off Fix Pass applies to the specified audit and the access period described with it. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
6. Nature of results and limitation of liability
An automated audit reflects publicly available information at the time of the check and cannot guarantee discovery of every vulnerability or complete security. You review and verify recommendations before applying changes. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, downtime, data loss or losses caused by incorrect application of the results.
7. Changes and contact
