The platform processes the data required to deliver cyber security audits. For privacy questions, write to mail@kibersargs.pro.
2. Data we collect
We process the website address submitted for the audit, the contact email address, the audit timestamp and the technical scan results. For registered customers we also process account data, the selected plan and billing status.
3. Purposes of processing
- run the requested public perimeter security check;
- produce and deliver audit results and security notifications;
- maintain the account, audit history and access to purchased services;
- process payments, invoices and subscription status;
- keep the platform secure and meet legal obligations.
4. Service providers
We use Resend to deliver audit emails and Stripe to process payments. These providers receive only the information needed for that specific task and process it under their own data protection obligations.
5. Sharing and marketing
Personal data is never sold and is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We disclose data only to deliver the service, to comply with the law or to protect our legitimate interests.
6. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as necessary for the audit, the contract, accounting and legal obligations. Access is restricted and we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format where GDPR provides for it. Send requests to mail@kibersargs.pro.
8. Cookies and browser storage
Necessary cookies and local browser storage keep you signed in and remember your language and consent choices. Optional analytics are used only after you choose “Accept all”. You can reset your choice by clearing site data in your browser.
